{Leta/Newt} He thinks that Leta's like an Acromantula. The others run away from her because she frightens them, because she's ready to bite them at the slightest touch, at the slightest word. But if you take care of her, caress her, and feed her, and talk to her, and show her that to you she's not a monster at all, that she can trust you, because you hatched her egg and you would do it a hundred more times, then she will recognize you in a crowd, even if you belong to a different species from her, she will wrap you in her canvas and protect you from everything, even from her fellows. Even from herself. Some would say that Newt has a twisted way of expressing love, and that he's attracted to the wrong things. Maybe.

"In an attempt to fix him, she broke herself" Leta Lovegood is a 14 year old girl from Ilvermorny. Her parents lead a pretty ordinary Wizarding life, but when they get moved up to the British Ministry of Magic she has to leave for Hogwarts. She's always known exactly who she is, but this year she'll take on many challenges. She'll encounter friendship, loss, courage, and love. It all started when she met that Slytherin boy, practically a blonde devil I'd say. But it's up to Leta to get through this year at Hogwarts and understand exactly who she was born to be.

It's 1927 when Tina receives a letter from Newt informing her that he will be returning to New York. During his stay, the two learn how to identify their developing feelings for each other, and, more importantly, how to communicate them. As Newt and Tina navigate through a maze of events and hardships together, they begin to glimpse each other's true selves and fall in love.
