story about two young lovers. bertie gilbert and dodie clark soon to be dodie gilbert. they are soon to be faced with a stalker that turns out to be bodies ex from four years ago who's still madly in love with dodie. dodies moved on completely and wants absolutely nothing to do with her ex so herself and bertie decide to move away. this all begins a bodies 21st birthday party that bertie planned for her... we still have no idea how her ex got the address so thats what they're going to attempt to find out. || may be some mature content and mild language. and questions or queries about the book feel free to either message me on here or my instagram @dodieyello.w!! i personally don't think I'm the best writer so sorry if anything seems rushed or is incorrect in the grammar manner. hope you all enjoy! - abbie grace xo

"Well this is our ho~" Carl stopped himself before he could finish his sentence, he then dragged his eyes down to look at the ground. Silence filled the empty room. Carl's a loveable fool, he's awkward and dorky, but that's what Martha loves about him. Martha's a kind-hearted generous person, she always thinks of others before herself. Martha recently found out something that is heart-breaking. She decided to not tell Carl. She has cancer. One day Martha and Carl return home to see a mysterious woman pointing a gun at their dog in their back garden. She claims that she's death. Anna Payne is an innocent 10 yo Liverpudlian girl coming from a not so peaceful family in the 21st century: her father alcoholic and abusive of her, and her mother addicted to pills and alcohol as well. Everything she'd love to do is to escape far away in a place (or in this case, a time) where nobody knows her or who she is, and especially where she doesn't have to live such a violent and depressing life. On her 10th birthday spent away from that prison she should call home somehow her wishes come true and she finds herself in her hometown in 1954 where she has nowhere to go and no one to talk to until she finally meets the young boy who will save her and make her lead the life that she actually deserves: the shy almost 11 years old George Harrison.
