Some things are better left unsaid.

A bunch of words that would never leave this notebook. But in my head, their destination is well known, just so far out of reach. Each letter is very random and talks about a topic, or a short story. Some of these stories might be based on true events, in that case I will make sure to add a note that clarifies that to the letter. Enjoy x.

A confession

This year, one of our assignments in English class was to write a "letter" to an abstract concept. It could be anything from hope, to love, to fear, to war, to conflict. I decided to choose religion as my concept, because it is a complicated topic for me, but it is also something I have a great interest in. In this project, I explore my positive and negative feelings and experiences with religion in a letter form. This project would not exist without my amazing Language Arts teachers, who have supported me unconditionally throughout my journey as a writer. I am forever grateful for their compassion, guidance, and understanding. I would not be where I am today without them. This is an unedited repost of my original assignment. Cover photography does not belong to me. It will be switched to original photography in the future.
