A companion for anyone still inside the storm. This is a book about what happens after heartbreak, not the neat, tied up version, but the real one. The nights that feel too loud and too quiet at once. The slow, uncomfortable work of choosing yourself when staying feels safer. The strange relief of finally setting something down. Written in short, honest pieces that move between poetry and reflection, this book follows four stages of healing: the storm you can't outrun, the quiet comfort found in solitude and small rituals, the boundaries that finally let you breathe, and the growth that arrives long after you stop expecting it. This isn't a book written from someone who has already healed, looking back to teach you how. It's written from inside the process, messy, unfinished, still learning, because that's usually where healing actually happens. For anyone who has ever loved too hard, stayed too long, or wondered if choosing themselves was allowed: this one's for you.

What happens when you die? What waits for you on the other side? Is it something like it has been described in the scriptures? Or is our knowledge of life after death completely different from what we have read and known? Who waits for you on the other side?

Unspoken Words is a deeply emotional journey through the things we carry but struggle to say. It is a collection of reflections on silence, grief, loneliness, love, exhaustion, trust, boundaries, forgiveness, and the difficult process of becoming whole again. Through thirty intimate pages, the book explores what happens when pain is kept hidden for too long-and what it means to finally acknowledge the parts of ourselves we once tried to silence. Unspoken Words does not pretend that healing is simple. It does not promise that the past will disappear or that every wound will close neatly. Instead, it offers something quieter: understanding. A reminder that being tired does not make you weak, that protecting yourself does not make you selfish, and that healing does not require you to forget what happened. From learning to let go to learning to rest, from fearing hope to allowing joy, these pages follow the slow transformation from simply surviving to discovering how to live again. For anyone who has ever felt unseen, unheard, emotionally exhausted, or afraid to speak what lives inside them, Unspoken Words is a place to recognize yourself. Because sometimes the words we never say are the ones that tell our story the loudest.

So, welcome to my life and my thoughts. Everything in here comes from the heart and is something from my life whether that's loss, love, heartbreak, anger, jealousy, friendships, hard times, family and more it's all in here at some point. My life may not be the easiest, but then no one has a truly simple life, so I try not to complain, but here is the first time I've let others read what I write. So thank you so much if you read this, every read means a lot to me. Also, I know when a stranger says "if you have any problems and need someone I'm there", for me that's very true, I know how hard it is to go through things and hard times alone, and for me I've been through a lot. Thank you again...
