Modern day New York City. Levi is the new kid in a high school. He is trying to get away from the past. He is a nerdy, gay kid that gets bullied. Erwin is the son of the richest family around. He dad is commonly referred to as the king of NYC so he is a prince. He is popular and kind. Everyone loves him. Girls throw themselves at his feet but he has never been in a relationship. Why? That's what everyone want to know.

Levi and Erwin are involved in a car accident and Levi is hospitalized. When he wakes up, he the utters the words Erwin has been dreading: Sorry should I know you?
