Lexxy Quinten has always been too different for her liking. Her eyes change with her emotions and she has powers that seem like, well, like they don't belong in her world. Her dad and brother passed away and her mother's blame and her own unexplained guilt have always confused her, along with her haunting childhood. Everything seems like it's going downhill, until she finds a mysterious wolf-like dog in the forest behind her house one day. Here her life is turned upside down, and she learns things aren't always as they seem.

Amber is a young girl who lost her father at a young age and her mother didn't take it so well so she started drinking . Amber also has two best friends Kayla and kemmy who has been there for her since she was in kindergarten and Lexxy her favorite cousin moves in with them because she got kicked out of her old school and then we have the bad boy justin and the plastics Brittany,jody and Sarah who tries to make Amber's life a living hell, but Amber eventually sitcks up for herself and got her bad attracts boy.
