In a world of conflict, the Third are used to war, argument, and debate. Which is why the First and specialised Second must protect them and ordinary Second from the None. However, in a blooming world of struggle and bloodlust, the First can't keep the None from the Third for much longer. From a deranged, unsuspecting town, links start to break. What will happen when a deranged, unsuspecting girl discovers a break in a link and sets a trigger off with a power she didn't know she could have?
