This is a story that explores the life of Tate and his experiences after being diagnosed with cataracts which gives him vision impairment. He meets a strange boy Caleb with a velvet voice who enjoys hearing Tate sing. Accompanied by his cat Ludo, Tate will have to learn to confront his demons; but not before he has some waffles.
