This book is based off why people in the LGBTQIA+ community have their Pride. It is the history behind it. This was made because LGBTQIA+ fought for their rights. They did not just gain them without doing nothing. Most do not know tbe history behind it, so here is some telling and explaining. It is sometimes put in my point of view, as a lesbian. For this LGBT history month, I'm gonna post one reason to why Lams was real each day (if I don't forget) as a way to celebrate LGBT history! This is mostly gonna be based on their letters (which are indeed reliable sources, they're considered primary sources for a reason) but you'll probably stumble upon a crack chapter here and there. As a bisexual woman, I have always been inspired by the resiliency and history of the LGBT community. This piece serves as the first chapter of a story that I will probably never finished. It follows the life of a lesbian woman and a gay man who try to navigate life during the 1960s. There is hope, love, and friendship. But there is also pain and hardship. The journey to being yourself isn't always easy, but it is always worth it.

I'm sure if you are lgbt, you have seen the "LGBT 101" books, or "LGBT problems" all over wattpad. I've read my fair share. But I've noticed they are all the same. How to come out, and how to deal with homophobia. They are very generic and only scratch the surface of our community. I've created this book to help people understand our community better, and to be a better allie. It is also for new/questioning lgbt members. I will be talking about many different things from microagressions to rainbow capitalism. If you don't know what any of that means, that's okay! You will soon.
