Mara's parents wanted to make a fresh start and decided to move to another city. But when they arrived at their new home something felt off, like someone was watching them. Mara discovers it's a ghost named Skylar who has been stuk in that house for tree years and wants to move on and finally die. So they make a deal: Mara helps Skylar finally moving on so she can be alone for the rest of her live, just like she wants.
