DO NOT read this before reading Mustang in France. This is the epilogue and is nothing but one big spoiler. In developing Mustang in France I had a list of scenes to develop. Some scenes on the list didn't get developed. Some were story boarded but didn't make the story. This was due to many different reasons. Some scenes were combined to avoid duplication. Some were dropped because they didn't fit. Some of the scenes I really liked, but I felt didn't fit the story. I've developed some of those scenes and they are included here. Note - the cover picture, which is also featured in chapter 2, was drawn by daughter who is 9, just a year younger than the fictional Marie. She drew the picture for me after I read her my story. I thought the picture was a perfect addition to that chapter. In writing the story I developed a complete life for both Marc and Colette. Their backstories only make brief appearances in Mustang in France. I've come to really like these characters, and I wanted to share their stories. Here you will find interviews done with both of them in 2005 where you get to know them a little better. Just like real people Marc and Colette don't live forever. Here you can also read about their passing.

Earth has fallen to the mighty Hesadia Empire, a majestic human power that controls several star systems. The invasion and conquest of Earth had been swift and brutal, with Earth humans unable to defeat the powerful technology of the Hesadians. Resistance and defiance on Earth were strong but those being suspected were dealt with brutally by the Empire's secret police, the Alfin Guards. Alessa was 18 when the invasion came. She lost most of her loved ones in the war. Grieving for her lost, Alessa tried to free Earth from the Empire's clutches and eventually, to topple Hesadia. Enzo was 18 when he commanded a Hesadian Battlefleet and participated in the Empire's Invasion of Earth, being secretly disgusted by Hesadia military's cruelty towards Earth civilians. After showing kindness and sympathy for the humans after the Invasion, he and his fleet was suspected of treason, and were hunted for their heads by the elite Alfin Guards. He and his fleet were forced to escape. Old friendships need to be reconnected, while new alliances need to be made. Enzo and Alessa have to forget their differences and band together to brave through corruption and betrayal to overthrow the Empire and change the inhumane rules of Hesadia. Meanwhile Ririn wins tickets for a new exhibit, the same one that Lupin was going to be at, and takes (Y/N), Shiang, and Rika along. The theft goes well at first for Lupin and his gang until demons suddenly attack them, but is lucky saved by (Y/N). They all then learn that the Acolytes also have their eyes set on finding The Heart Of Sphinx and will get rid of anyone who stands in their way. Including Lupin and his gang. Now Lupin and the Liberators must work together to solve the mystery of the treasure and bring an end to the Acolytes plan. Brief sharing of my recent journey in finding my voice whilst surrounded by people in denial

Spring 1945: the Italian Liberation in a small village of the province of Vicenza through the eyes of a ten-year-old girl. From a true story. A story written for a flash contest to express solidarity to the Ukrainian people and advocate the end of hostilities. The story received the prize "Emotion" with the motivation "for having us shedding tears of true feeling", a prize that I'm honoured to accept in the name of my mother, the protagonist of this story.
