Her name is Baya. Not sure you will remember? Oh, she'll make you remember her. Locally renowned bad girl, trouble maker, misfit, waste of life, loner; Baya rides it all with her arrogant smirk and ever-ready wit. Her parents don't listen (typical), school is slowly suffocating her (typical), and boys seem to always be around (typical... at least for Baya). Oh yeah, not so typical: She has a secret. She only just discovered herself. Not everything is what she, or some of her fellow classmates who appear to be experiencing similar changes, seem. Lots of weird stuff is going on. Baya prefers to call it awesome. With her undeniable charm, unfailing sense of humor, and complete disregard for the law, this 17 year old is unstoppable. Right? Weeeell.... I guess you just have to read and find out. ;)

Poems are made to convey such long and dramatic sentence, without being long. Sometimes it's used to exaggerate such feelings, to create an interesting setting. "So...how did it go?" is just another book of poetry, made by a mediocre poet, who talks about a teen's life. Struggle, loneliness, love, all the things a teenager could feel. If it's not relatable enough, perhaps the author isn't living her teenage life the way it is. So why not give this book a try?

When grand-director Lorn Van Shipplestorm threatens Ofronia Mills' job, she has no choice but to act. She has spent all her life as a librarian, she is far too old to retire. The library itself might be in danger, and not just from Ofronia's replacement, Tess Dingly, it-girl and reluctant librarian apprentice. No, the danger lies in the nobles, who have all but taken over, baring the general populace from even entering the hallowed halls. Flying below their notice, Ofronia has kept the library's greatest secret, the fourth basement, from Van Shipplestorm's notice for years. If Ofronia is fired, someone will find the entrance. And the books down there are dangerous. Not because they would send someone with a dust allergy into an instant coma, but because they are magic. Now, Ofronia has to make a choice; walk away quietly, as she has done all her life, or disobey to safe the library she has cherished for decades.
