I shifted from external achievements to presence, genuine connection, well-being, and meaningful work. Back at work, I set firm boundaries: no emails after 6 PM, no weekend work. I learned to say "no" without guilt, focusing on impact. My life isn't perfect, but I now have the tools to navigate challenges. The hum of exhaustion is replaced by an intentional, balanced life, appreciating "enough." I finally feel like myself.
