This is the story of a young wolf pup, named Yap. She hasn't yet received her adult name, and won't for many months. Life was good, her pack was thriving and full of growth and new pups. But troubled times were coming. Read about Yip's hard struggle to survive, while others around her are dying out rapidly. It is the survival of the fittest in these woods...

Akio abandons her cub, Haru, without teaching him the ways of the wild. Haru has to figure it out himself, but he runs into a few "problems"

This will be a story about many packs of wolves, the leaders' names all start with 'Star' and there are many different ranks. People tell me it's like warriors, but I have MEVER read the series!
