So, this is the first story I'm publishing. It's not that good, but might be of some relevance. It's a story I wrote for a competition. Maybe a bit angsty. I hope you will enjoy it. I'm not good with descriptions. So sorry about that.

Actually she loves anything about space and spends her evenings at her special hangout in the woods, wondering about what's up there. But one day she happens upon a discovery. Nancy, her best friend who keeps her down to Earth, also experiences the same thing. Together, they endeavor to uncover its secrets and search for the one sending the message. After all, it isn't every day someone talks to you through the radio. ---------- A David Bowie fanfiction, based on and inspired by the song "Starman."

Zara Bronston has been told about having an uncle. However, no one knows who he is, except for Devil. She meets her uncle, only to cause trouble by the existence of a lost world: the Martians. Zara travels to a hidden temple, where the villain tries to take control from her once and for all.

-An asteroid hits Mars knocking it out of our time / space continuum. NASA records the impact and then the planet simply disappears. Unbeknownst to anyone the asteroid was made up of frozen water seeding the barren landscape. Ten years later Mars suddenly appears back in our space but it is a very different place. Eons have passed and now the red planet teams with life... intelligent life. Another story idea that I don't want to forget.

(Complete) Emma Fannings is the youngest and newest member of NASA. Everyone thinks she's a joke, because she had a connection to help her get in. She must find a way to redeem herself and prove herself worthy. She seeks to make a major impact. Will she succeed or fall flat?

Set in a futuristic, post- World War 3 Setting, half of the remaining population no longer inhabits earth. Here we meed Aaron Sands, who takes you through a morning living in Project 61, NASA's brainchild of a second earth on Mars, entirely indoors and extremely high tech. But nothing is as it seems. Everyone is scarred in some way or another, most are lonely and without family. It's not the nicest life. But nice is unheard of today.

Zara Bronston lives in the Domed Greenhouse on the planet Mars. Her parents had died when she was at the age of five. Little did she know they were holding back a secret from her. When she does learn the secret, her life changes forever.

I took inspiration from @JTsLittleDarlings many works about why Duran Duran means so much. So I hope you enjoy this, as you will get a small (ish) insight as to why I love Duran Duran. Enjoy!!! :)
