Life sucks. That's what I used to constantly think at least, and I still do at times. I have recently embarked on a mission to care for my mental well-being, trying to undo the effects of a life full of negative thinking while implementing new constructive methods. This is just a place for me to write about my thoughts, experiences, etc. I believe that talking about my own journey can be both therapeutic for me and helpful for others, and I'm curious to see different and new perspectives. :) (Note: There will be some heavy topics discussed.)
