What could one have thought when kidnapped by a rabbit in the middle of the busy Bangkok street? There's only two possible reasons, either one's gone mad, or that they are really going to Wonderland. Or Coronale to be exact. Coronale, the land where enchanting fairytales, fantasy stories, and magical creatures originated. Kara helped run her family company when she was in Bangkok, but running a fairytale Kingdom was a totally different matter, especially when Magic in the Kingdom was in a shambles (and you have no special power to fix it). Citizens were expecting her to settle the chaos; the Snow Queen was expecting her to be dead; Evil Queen was expecting to be her BFF; while Princes from neighborhood were expecting to have her power and heart-but she's a fake! If only Kara knows that fantasy is fraud and magic is madness, she wouldn't have read and expected so much when she was young.

At 18 everyone gets cleared for a new life. For the subject, you don't feel anything. You get take the shot and when you wake up you remember nothing. You don't remember your bright blue house at the end of your twisty dead end, your dark brown chocolate lab, your three siblings, the two people that made and raised you, your school, your best friends, nothing. You wake up the day after you turn 18, in a house with your soulmate, who you've been paired with since birth, but meet just this day. The two of you, in a house, in a completely different setting, with all new people. And you start a new life, without ever returning to your other one. But it doesn't matter, because the subject doesn't remember their other life. You're not suppose to. If you do, you're different, unique, one of a kind, but worst of all, dangerous. They kill the ones that remember because they are their mistakes. They kill their mistakes. I am a mistake.

But when the tiny feeling of being followed and watched turns into a recurring feeling, she's afraid, even if she's reluctant to admit it. And then, she learns an old lesson in a far less interesting way. Never trust a stranger, indeed... Because sometimes even books with the prettiest covers might have twisted stories inside them. This isn't what his personality should be described as, he has so much more, but who's gonna tell him? Verena Estelle just turned nineteen. Living in an orphanage her whole life has left her inexperienced. When she's finally ready to explore, to go to College, to just live, COVID-19 shows up and she's stuck in a Hotel room.... with a stranger. For a girl who's never had a home, why does living with him feel like one? For a guy who's been degrading himself forever, why do her words make him feel so positive? A story of how two strangers reveal their secrets and learn to accept themselves together, they're love-struck in quarantine but only to be pulled apart. Quarantine doesn't last forever and love doesn't either. Right? °•°•°•° If you're reading this, might as well check the first chapter out! A fast paced short story!
