This being the case it is obvious they will hire a team who have mastered the art of persuasion and communication who will be well trained in fighting a presentation battle aggressively and defensively. When such teams collide you have a branding war that can go down in history. When there is only one team the decision makers are likely to get railroaded unless their decision making process is monumentally robust. And that imbalance of persuasion power can change the course of history for good or not so good through their policy wars.
