Jack Samuel is a 23 year old engineer and assassin that created an endo-skeleton for Project Z for Professor Vex, but what Jack didn't know is that they were gonna insert the endo-skeleton into an 18 year old Japanese-American, Osaru McHugh, who's parents were killed by Vex. With an enginner/assassin, a 3-inch tall FBI agent, and a Czech cannibal will show the young cyborg the dualities of humanity, while trying to project Osaru from Vex and his men.
