Her curiosity to find out what's happening in her town leads her to a different group of kids: Lilly, Teddy, Ronnie, Phil and Susie. Although she was hesitant at first, Gwen gradually distances herself from the shallow girls she once saw as her friends. her natural kindness and courage allowed her to form a genuine bond with the new group, who all recognise the brave and loving person she is beneath her polished exterior. Arlo James Bainbridge was 23 when the 27 year cycle reset. He expected the year to go as it usually would.
