Harry is chosen to go to Davern School in California. Draco was born a muggle. His parents are muggles and so are the rest of his known family is, but he's part of a branch of Malfoys. The branch that started with a squib that was disowned. Draco meets Harry and immediately takes interest in him. Harry teaches Draco the magical world. Draco teaches Harry about the muggle world.
