Jonah Clark only wanted to fall asleep after another night of mindless scrolling-but a strange TikTok video finds him first. Grainy images. Whispered warnings. Four impossible rules for surviving a world that exists only between 3:11 AM and 3:17 AM. He barely stays awake long enough to watch it. Then he wakes up somewhere else. The backyard he's known his whole life looks almost right-until the sky pulses like a bruise, the air moves without wind, and shadows behave like living things hungry for him. When a smiling man in a black tailcoat offers him "help," Jonah remembers the rules. Decline. Run. Don't look up. But escape is only the beginning. As Jonah flees through warped versions of his own memories-endless corridors, looping neighborhoods, houses filled with silhouettes that know his name-the world twists itself around him, watching, adapting, hunting. Something unseen pulls the strings, and every choice Jonah makes brings him deeper into a place built from his fears... and perhaps from something inside him. By the time he finds a way home, Jonah knows the truth: he didn't just stumble into this world. It noticed him. It marked him. And between 3:11 and 3:17 AM, it will always be waiting.

One moment everything is normal. The next moment the world changes. Without warning, an ordinary walk turns into something impossible. Endless office cubicles stretch farther than they should. A massive tiled hall appears where no building should exist. Empty shopping malls glow under cold blue lights. Indoor pools and water parks sit silent, filled with warm water but no people. There are no exits. No windows to the outside. No signs of how any of these places connect. Each new room leads to another place that should not exist. As the journey continues deeper into the strange building, the spaces become larger, quieter, and more unsettling. The lights never turn off. The rooms never seem to end. And every environment feels like it was built for crowds that never arrived. Trapped in an endless chain of liminal spaces, the only option is to keep moving forward. Because stopping means staying in a place that might never let you leave.

Beware. For this book of poems may feel as though one has been taken to be drawn and quartered. "Spirals, Not Circles" is a collection of ninety-nine poems split into three designated acts: Isolation, Quietus and Renascence. "Spirals, Not Circles" takes you on the arduous journey of self-awareness and its taxing effects on the psyche's defiance to unlearn comforting, yet self-destructive behaviours. After all, there's no greater adversary than that of the ego. "Spirals, Not Circles" is a collection of poems targeting a variety of groups, as the struggles of discovering oneself is a theme that concerns almost everyone. From teenagers who have just started to doubt themselves to insecure middle-aged individuals who- in fear of the unforgiving passing time- try to reinvent themselves and to mature people who have finally acknowledged and embraced their true self, these poems resonate with any troubled mind. "Spirals, Not Circles" consists of three equal parts- three "Acts"- under the titles of "Isolation", "Quietus" and "Renascence". "Isolation" is about self-doubt and insecurity that lead to low self-esteem and eventually -as the title claims- to isolation. As time passes by, these feelings of helplessness reach the bottom marking the beginning of the darkest period, "Quietus". But this very darkness also serves as a cocoon, from which a new character will emerge, free from the self-imposed shackles. Which brings us to "Renascence", the awaited conclusion. "Spirals, Not Circles" may start as an ode to pessimism, but that exact feeling of irrevocable helplessness is only the cocoon from which a new and stronger self will emerge. There's no light without darkness, there's no life without death of any kind; and this poetry collection can't stress that enough. Insecurity. Loneliness. Self-doubt. But also introspection. Self-awareness. Hope. And the wisdom that comes with it. Always going forward -cause that's life- in spirals, not circles.

It was supposed to be an easy overnight shift. Her first night at the Holloway Inn. Simple. Quiet. Nothing strange. But the moment Elise clocks in, the air feels wrong-heavy, watching, aware. Then a woman appears on the lobby couch without ever walking through the door. Blank eyes. Still body. No answers. And that's only the beginning. Something prowls the boiler room. Something watches from across the street. And Elise's ex-the man who drained her dry and broke something inside her-keeps showing up where he shouldn't be. Alive. Uninvited. Wrong. Every hallway bends a little too far. Every corner hides a breath she didn't hear. Every exit leads her deeper inside instead of out. The Holloway Inn doesn't want guests. It wants witnesses. And Elise is trapped until she learns what's really feeding in the dark. If you love slow dread, empty-eyed strangers, liminal horror, supernatural tension, and stories that feel like a nightmare you can't wake from... welcome to the Holloway. You can Check in, but don't expect to leave.

[THIS BOOK HAS NOT FINISHED YET, MORE CHAPTERS COMING SOON] A 10-year-old boy named George Fungus has a bizarre nightmare. In his dream, there is a large, simple house surrounded by a familiar playground and a town filled with strange creatures or figures that seem oddly familiar. To escape this madness, he and his companion, Tron, must find an exit door without waking up. If George wakes up, he might cease dreaming, but whenever he tries to sleep again, he finds himself in the same setting but in a different area. The exit door is the only way for George to end his strange nightmare. (Please comment below if there is a misspelling word or other with this story so I can fix it.)
