Arabella was a 15 year old girl who had been in and out of foster care since she was about 5 years old. Her mother had died in a car crash and her father was found unfit to be a parent when the little girl was found starving and in filth. He had become an alcoholic after the death of his late wife. It's always said at the end of a storm is something good, and this would prove true for the girl.
