So this a Lin Manuel x Reader story. You move into NYC and bump into someone while going on auditions for new musical Hamilton. I love Vanessa and I think that her and Lin are so cute and perfect match. So DON'T take this as hate on her. She will not exist in this fanfic. Guys, this is my first fanfic and English isn't my first language so please don't be mad for some bad grammar. I will try to post once a week. Love you and enjoy this story.

He tries to act like everything's okay, but only makes it worse by hiding his feelings until he threatens to drown in them. Still, settling in isn't easy for them after fighting to survive for 15 years. Her glasses were plain, black, and cheap. Her parents died with she was 6. She's been in group homes and the foster system ever since. Right now she's living with the Roberts. They're abusive and they don't feed her. She's resorted to broadway and music. So one day when she runs into Lin Manuel Miranda, her world is turned upside down.

High school has finally started for Alexander Hamilton. Though, things go a bit down hill when he realizes his roommate is Thomas Jefferson. And, of course, a storm has to roll in at the worst possible time, but something sort of clicks between the two boys... And it's only the beginning.

So the small girl was taken away from the household. She was in and out of foster houses and group homes on a nearly regular routine. Her living situtation went from being a really awful one, to a good one, to another bad one. But the girl didnt mind. She has a roof over her head and that was more than enough for her. Her newest family was the worse by far this time though. The girl was underfed, and neglected by the family. But she was good at hiding it. It's always said at the end of a storm is something good, and this would prove true for the girl.
