Set after 4x21 when Jess goes to Yale, begging Rory to runaway with him. Except this time, she says yes. Rory gives Jess the summer to show her that he has changed, matured and is ready for a relationship with her. Things are going well until the summer ends and Rory has classes to attend at Yale. Is Jess really ready for a relationship with the woman he loves or will Rory be the one to ruin it this time with a certain someone called Logan Hutzenburger prying into her personal life. AU- Rory's relationship with the town's bad boy, Jess Mariano, was not perfect. But it's what she needed to keep going. *Takes place after the Gilmore Girls revival: "A Year in the Life"... and sadly I don't own Gilmore Girls, this is my idea for a second season of the revival, but I don't own the characters or the setting.* Rory has to decide what to do after realizing she's pregnant at the end of "A Year in the Life". Will she keep the baby, put the baby up for adoption, or get an abortion? How will her relationship with the father be affected? Will she end up raising a child alone like her mother?

Rory and Jess were invited to an event for her best friend's debut party. Jess, however, wasn't feeling in a mood to party, since his girlfriend wanted to go to her hometown prom, but he couldn't get tickets for the event. He also got the news that he wasn't going to graduate high school.
