❝Maybe I'm too busy being yours to fall for somebody new ❞ He writes songs that make millions feel butterflies . But when it comes to her, he can't write a damn thing that doesn't hurt. She is used to being a footnote, he is used to being the headline. Clara Bell was the quiet overachiever - the girl who hid behind perfect grades and classic books. Alex Turner was noise incarnate - chaos, spotlight and the rockstar everyone wanted a piece of. She only meant to work part-time at a library. He only meant to escape the chaos for a while. She never planned to be his muse. He never planned to be her downfall. Neither meant to find home in the wrong person. But now they're tangled in a story that sounds a lot like a love song - and hurts twice as much. Because some love stories aren't made for the spotlight. They are made to wreck you.

She spent her whole life becoming the person everyone needed. The perfect daughter. The dependable sister. The friend who never said no. The girl who smiled so often that no one noticed she was quietly falling apart. Amaira has always believed that love is something you earn by sacrificing your own dreams, hiding your pain, and putting everyone else before yourself. But when buried memories begin to surface and long-forgotten truths refuse to stay hidden, the life she carefully built starts to unravel. Some stories are about finding yourself. This one is about what happens after you've spent a lifetime losing yourself. Half Remembered Prayers is a slow-burning, emotionally charged literary drama about family, grief, hidden truths, and the invisible weight carried by the people everyone thinks are the strongest. "When you are not fed love on a spoon, you learn to lick it off knives."

A speaker wrestles with longing, grief, and thwarted devotion. Night, rain, and burning waves mirror an ageless heart consumed by passion and sorrow. Questions of worth and purpose arise-a humble steed seeking redemption, a maestro fearing the loss of his song and belonging, a woman bound by a path shaped by stolen prayer. An unsung hero, wordless with rage, is lost between life and death, propelled only by the hard "steel" counsel of his father-now entombed-that both burdens and guides him. Overall, it's a meditation on love, loss, and the struggle to find meaning under the weight of fate and memory.

What happens when the love of your life arrives years too late... or perhaps right on time? After disappearing from her hometown without explanation, Theia has spent years building a life far away from the memories that haunt her. Focused, guarded, and terrified of attachment, she convinces herself that love is a distraction she can survive without. Until fate places her directly back in the path of Aether - the boy who loved her quietly at twelve and never truly stopped. Now a successful photographer with patience carved from devotion, Aether re-enters Theia's life like a storm she never prepared for. While he offers certainty, warmth, and a love that has endured distance and time, Theia is trapped in a war against her own fears. Fear of commitment. Fear of returning to the past. Fear of becoming the reason someone good breaks. As old feelings grow impossible to ignore, Theia must decide whether love is something she deserves - or something she is destined to ruin. Told through vulnerable conversations, aching longing, and emotional self-discovery, *Eris* is a contemporary romance about timing, trauma, and the terrifying beauty of being truly seen. It is a story for anyone who has ever loved deeply while doubting themselves just as deeply.

Something stirs in the Feasting Forest. Sackmen skulk through ruin and shadow. Parties must be attended and gods must be thwarted. Imp and Ogre gather allies and take their carriage deep into a lawless corner of the Middlings. Can they stop the Man-God? Will the Grovekeeper plant his wicked, wailing trees once more? There's space in the carriage if you want to find out. A Middling Tale follows the adventures of Imp and Ogre. They travel the Middlings in a magical carriage, doing their best to make things better. Don't call them Wanderers! That would be illegal and get them strung up by the Guarantors. No, no, they just like to travel. It's not their fault that so many people need so much help. Imp has lived quite a life and has only barely left her teen years behind her. She hides a revolver under her gray-blue longcoat, itself containing deep pockets full of magic and mechanism. She is no mage but she does like a good advantage or two. Ogre is a monster in a land he used to know so well. He drives the carriage, sitting atop the vehicle in a somber cloak with a deep hood. Tongues of blue flame rise from the dark holes on his otherwise featureless face. Old scars mingle with patching and discolorations on his alabaster skin, thick as a statue yet almost warm to the touch. They travel through the Middlings, the Land of Crossroads; a loose alliance of independent polities wedged between larger nations, the sea and other wild places. Monarchies and oligarchies share borders with communes and republics. Millions of people live, love and laugh in their own ways. The Accords, and the Guarantors thereof, have the Middlings together for hundreds of years. The ties that bind are unraveling. The final Age of Wanderers has dawned. This is the first book in a series. The story is "complete" but I'm still fine-tuning the manuscript. Comments are always welcome.

I read books and review them on Goodreads! But I also want to post the reviews here, too. Only the serious ones, though, because sometimes I write serious reviews and sometimes I don't, depends on the mood. Enjoy! (By 'serious' I mean longer reviews with more depth, lol.) - New updates are posted at the top. - If a review is posted before the release date means I received an ARC. For more (un)serious book reviews, please visit my Goodreads profile!
