Ren Hector was supposed to be a Doctor. Instead, he died of a heart attack five years into surgical residency and woke up in a nightmare world where people awaken as Hunters by surviving their worst fears. The System was supposed to grant him healing powers. But something went wrong. A glitch during binding process warped his class into something monstrous. Now, as the Doctor of the Ruin Gospel, Ren wields sentient surgical tentacles and a chainsaw instead of holy light. Now he's the Doctor of the Ruin Gospel, a walking medical atrocity who heals people with surgical tentacles, a chainsaw, and a mouth in his palm that bites things for diagnosis. The more fear he causes, the stronger he gets. Trapped in a broken system, in a world ruled by Gates, monsters, and divine protocols, Ren isn't here to save the world. He's just trying to cure it. When Albert, an ordinary unambitious man, is reincarnated into the past with a system, he thought he could lead an easy laid back life. That was until he suddenly got invitation to attend Hogwarts by an owl. Realising that he was in the Harry Potter universe, as a muggleborn wizard before Voldemorts return he needs to prepare to survive what's coming. But Albert hasn't given up his dream of leading an easy laid back life. Becoming fast friends with the Weasly twins and Lee Jordan he has a two year head start before Harry attends Hogwarts and Voldemort starts plotting his return. Along the way he stumbles into unexpected inheritances, while finding a partner for this life. But as he grows in power and renown, he enters the Death Eaters and Voldemorts radar and has to ensure his own and his family safety. ------ Original Author: Lazy cat on the keyboard, translation by me. No Harem, the romance is slow (they're all kids at the start of this after all...), but it's one of the major subplots of the story, him finding a partner and marrying her. Light on the LitRPG elements, but they're there. It's mostly MC getting quests, giving him skill points upon completion, which he can then use to boost his skills, but every spell is it's own skill, so he doesn't suddenly get OP, but still needs to practice a lot, most of the time you will simply forget he has a system. MC is older than Harry by two years, he attends Hogwarts with Fred&George. He doesn't insert himself into the main trio and mostly keeps out of the plot, only doing what he needs to get some good quest rewards. If this FF was told from Harry's perspective Albert would be more of an important supporting character, more akin to the professors and not really a friend of Harry's. MC has extensive knowledge of the plot and makes use of it.

The universe didn't give us a choice. It gave us a climb. One moment, I was finishing a cup of lukewarm coffee. The next, I was standing at the base of a spire that defies physics, surrounded by the greatest legends of a thousand civilizations. Dragon-slayers, archmages, and gods-in-waiting-all summoned for one purpose: Reach the 1000th floor and claim the throne of a God. I'm not a hero. I don't have a legendary blade or a dragon's heart. What I have is a System that lets me see what others are thinking and an Analysis Engine that predicts their next move before they even make it. In a tower where death is permanent and every floor is a death trap, being the strongest doesn't matter. Being the one who understands the rules is everything. The climb has begun. And I'm going to read my way to the top.

Jake Rivers was always a parasite. He just didn't know it could be literal. A forgotten god caught him cheating at carnival games and decided to make the metaphor flesh. Now Jake is microscopic. Blind. Starving. A brain-eating worm in a fantasy world where magic is real and death comes from inside. Every creature he enters dies within weeks, neural pathways consumed one memory at a time. But first, they become legend! Jake takes one ability from each host. They gain all of his. Symbiosis and murder, always together. And he's getting addicted. Simple animal thoughts were bland. Complex minds are intoxicating. Intelligent consciousness tastes like nothing he's ever experienced. Every memory he consumes is better than the last, and the hunger grows stronger with each kill. The locals call it the Whisperer's Blessing. Power and death, arriving as one. Naga serpent-lords take notice of the pattern. But Jake is seeing something they can't: he's been everyone. Both predator and prey. He experiences reality from every angle, and reality is breaking. Magic is corrupting. Concepts are bleeding together. Something eldritch is pushing through the cracks between worlds, and the scattered civilizations of Ouroboros can't see it coming because they've never been anything but themselves. Jake has been everything. Knows languages no single being should speak. Understands magic from perspectives that shouldn't exist. He's becoming something unprecedented. Something necessary. Something monstrous. The god wanted him honest about what he was. Be careful what you wish for. This parasite might be the only thing that can consume an apocalypse. Dark progression fantasy. Visceral body horror. An addict climbs the food chain toward godhood.
