There at the edge of my bed were twelve dancing shoes, completely worn out. Every night Princess Mirabelle goes to sleep to find her self in an enchanted world accompanied by eleven other princesses. And every night in this enchanted world, they dance until their shoes fall apart. Every morning Mirabelle wakes to find all twelve worn out dancing shoes by her bed. Can she find out the mystery of the dancing shoes and stop the dancing nights so she can get a good night's rest?
