This has two descriptions but they are similar. You're a transfer student from (Where you live) to japan. After the war against Shigaraki ends Aizawa decides to adopt Midoriya, Todoroki and Bakugou they find the age regression as a coping mechanism and it becomes a big part of their lives to the point where Deku needs to wear diapers to class, todoroki cant sleep without his blankie and Bakugou gets extremely aggressive when he cant regress for long periods of time.

(More chapters added) Bakugou is thirsty for blood after he gets hurt during a 2v2 mock battle and it seems like Todoroki is the only one able to tame him.
