🕊️ A little bird visits my window every day - she doesn't know, but her song heals parts of me I never spoke about. 💫

Wren began her second year of college with high hopes and full optimism for the year to come. Her faith was solid, had a supporting family, amazing friends, and a perfect GPA. She was an avid artist and musician and thrived in the crowds of artistic individuals at her school. They noticed her because she had talent. Extreme talent that puts art into a whole new perspective and techniques only the old masters were able to harness so effectively. She was in control of the world around her and her future shone brightly. Until she meets Rowan. Wealthy, intelligent, and dedicated Christian guy, she believes she found a match. He seemed to be perfect and fit into her pattern like a puzzle piece. However, as the time passes, she is sucked into the world of passion, lust, secrets, and corruption she never knew before. He moved in like a dark shadow in the form of light. Others around her only see a nice guy with a bright smile. But she can see the darkness in his eyes. She watches as the world she so carefully preserved and nurtured fall apart piece by piece slowly as he corrupts her, like petals dying from a rose. But she can't get away. The abuse, the jealousy, and the pain he inflicts becomes an addiction. She is trapped in the tangles of his words. Sucked into the depth of his piercing eyes. Something is different about him. She feel likes she needs him. In the meantime, her world grows darker and darker as she is drawn deeper into his gravity. She begins to realize that maybe he isn't human. Maybe he is something more. “Little bird, the farther you fly, the darker the clouds become.”
