Emma Swan is a little orphan girl, who's been told her whole life that she doesn't matter. All of that changes when after being taken from an abusive home her social worker takes her to a small town in Maine. There Emma is placed in an orphanage but slowly she starts to win the hearts of everyone around her including a sweet school teacher, an harden hearted mayor and many more.
