Donated by the late millionaire philanthropist, Daniel Agoncillo, many misfits began flooding in. As the years passed on, being surrounded by multiple stories and rumours , no human or animal going into building until one day, a big fiery flare of fire was burning the whole building down and everyone is still inside the building. No one knows who caused it .
