it was a normal night and anna got a phonecall from her brothers number, she answered it and it was the towns bad boy 'jake ryder'. He was bad news, everyone knew who he was because of his very bad reputation. Anna just found out that her brother Johnny has been secretly hanging around with him. If their parents found out then they both would be in very deep trouble. Anna and Johnny's parents are described as stuck up and pose; but more their mum then their dad. they were not allowed to do anything fun or have friends that their parents didnt agree of. Annas mum wants her to be a lawyer or a doctor, something big and fancy, but anna does not want to do that, she secretly wants to be a dancer. she has to pick johnny up from jakes bt jake can not stay at his so anna let him secretly stay in her room. after that night they spent together, they get to know eachother without anyone knowing accept her bestfriend. when a arguement happens between anna and her mum, anna and johnny pack their stuff ad moves into jakes... and so much inbetween.
