Life in the palace was great. Princess Jasmine of Agrabah, a young teenager, had her new handmaiden and best friend, Dalia. The Royal Vizier to the Sultan, Samir, was a great mentor and friend to Jasmine. She had an amazing mother and father. But then everything changed a year later. Her mother was gone. A suspicious man named Jafar became the new Vizier to the Sultan and gained more power, and he thinks he can rule over Jasmine. Why? And how? Jasmine struggles to find who she really is and what she wants. But she does know one thing. She will not let Jafar win and let him gain control. Princess Jasmine will not be silenced.

This story takes place the weekend before the last day of school. Rani is transported to the beautiful and radiant city of Agrabah, where she meets Princess Jasmine and her handmaiden, Dalia, befriends a thief named Aladdin and his monkey Abu, the Sultan, and an enemy in Agrabah's Royal Vizier, Jafar. With her powers newly awakened, she must use her wits, and her new power to stop Jafar and become what she sees in her visions.
