I am bent, But not broken. I am scarred, But not disfigured. I am sad, But I am not hopeless. I am tired, But not lifeless. I am angry, But not bitter. I am afraid, But not powerless. And I will never give up. They keep chasing me. But haven't they heard the saying? 'What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.' So they should have killed me when they had the chance. **** But I'm getting ahead of myself. Let me start from the beginning, when they should have let me go. It all started at the beginning of year eleven where I was seriously debating in my head whether or not to go inside the school or drive away and tell my parents I did go, of course they always know when I am lying so school was the only option. I really didn't want to walk into the local hellhole that kids are forced to go to, a place that breaks their will and then spits them out after seven hours of total torture five days a week. **** Lacey Simmons was you're average teenage girl.
