She went through many challenges at a young age, though if you ask her, the biggest was when she ended up falling in love with the last person she ever expected to. A boy by the name of Mush Meyers, her life long best friend. Through many ups and downs she can always count on her band of brothers, even when she says she doesn't need their help. Now in the next step in life, Feister faces her greatest challenge yet. Change. Something she's always hated. But who knows, maybe some changes can be good. A Newsies au where powers exist and are quite more common than people realize. though, instead of being idolized as they typically are in stories, they are punished severely. It also has not been fully edited. I do pay more attention to some characters than others based upon how close I hold them to my heart.) He used to believe in it all, love at first sight, one that lasted forever. Funny how one experience could ruin your whole perception of life. Jack hadn't loved himself for a long time. Hadn't since middle school when he had to fit into the classic stereotype. He thought he had overcome that with Katherine. Or was she just dragging him down? You can learn a lot from others. If you just sit and get to know them. Which is exactly what they did. But the outcome, is something neither of them expected.

When Jack and David Jacobs-Kelly inherited a house that had once been a Newsboys Lodging House the didn't expect it to be haunted. Let alone haunted with the ghosts of a group of Nineteenth Century newsboys. But sometimes there are things that just don't work out the way we plan them.

❝we were just so close it's tragic❞ The life of a newsie is tough, especially when you happen to be the only girl in a sea full of boys. Head strong and feisty as she may be, Feister quickly starts to learn that not everything can stay the same forever. When life begins to throw one curveball after the other she starts becoming distant from the boys, including her best friend, who just might be the main cause of that. The Delancey Brothers weren't always big and bad. They actually had a good life at one point! But the newsies messed that up for them, and they will ALWAYS hate them for that. (pictured as Livesies Delanceys, not OBC) Basically my take on how the Delanceys got to how they are in the musical, and maybe their perspective of the strike, I don't know we'll see. Written in pretty short chapters.

How did she become a newsie? How did she get her nickname? How come she has such a hard shell? Well, that's the beauty of an origin story, isn't it?
