The DWMA is rebuilt and an influx of new students arrives. A new academy for witches has been built in another city to hopefully suppress the use of magic for evil. New student, Sebastian Cartier has trouble finding a weapon, and an unusual student arrives who's a weapon in a family of witches. As these two new students struggle to fit in, Maka's mom sends some troubling news from an unknown land. Lord Death continues to keep secrets from Kid, and Blackstar learns some interesting things about his family's past. As unease begins to sweep through Death City and the world, new enemies begin to rise from the dark. I hope this settles some sorrow from the ending on the anime, SoulEater. A teenager having a job isn't uncool. It's not even uncool for that teen to have two jobs, lord knows the first one probably doesn't pay enough. However, it is uncool for that first job to be an assassin. It's uncool to be a 16 year old teen tasked with killing the prince of Death Vegas. On one particular day at DWMA, while jadedly browsing through missions, Kid catches sight of a white-rabbit-eared Soul. Said scythe mumbling, "I'm late. I'm late." as he disappears down a hole in the floor. Kid follows and drops into... another world?!

Florence Sanchez transfers to the DWMA, from recommendation from Lord Death himself after she has behavior problems in Mexico. Between herself and Lord Death, Florence has been diagnosed with Intermittent Explosive Disorder, which makes her become stressed and angered over small things. Starting anew, it creates obstacles for her and makes her lose herself.

In which an assistant teacher at the DWMA pursues a bloodthirsty psychopath. Just how will Dr. Stein react to this madness?

They were adopted by Dr. Stein and now attends the DWMA. It took a while for the students there to get used to them but they had a normal meister life (with the exception of a partner).
