Piso 21 es un grupo musical colombiano de latín pop y regatón formado en Medellín en 2007 1​. Su nombre proviene de una azotea de un edificio en Medellín, la cual se encontraba en el piso 21 y en donde se reunían a componer sus primeras canciones.
