Wheels shriek in the desert gloom as a lone engineer flees the darkness spreading across the desert. With trembling hands, he forces his locomotive's throttle to full power, but the blackening sky overcomes the landscape and swallows his effort to escape. Stranded in the desolate darkness, he must face the hungry, bloody teeth that awaken in the long night of this cursed land.

It was the year 2020, a new case was given to a veteran detective in the city of Palco, Popsie Weasel Van Cerndal, and her assistant, Miles James Hardy, both were rumored before to have worked and owned a high technological research, medication & technology creation company of unknown name nor brand, but it is a rumor so what to care. Anyways, the new case they were given was about a train, rumors spread that anyone who goes on it disappear without a trace, and surprisingly, the tickets were given by the company who owns the train, Laer Tracks...the train itself is ancient, a locomotive that still works, it would be called The Steam Works. And what they discover are supernaturals, a murderer, and mysterious locations. This is going to be one hell of a train ride.

This will be a collection of all my characters for stories on an island of Sodor where the normal and paranormal mix together often, if you are ever confused about certain characters hopefully this list of introductory stories will help with understanding who and what they are and where they came from. On this Sodor there will be many of the regular engines you already know of from the books or tv show but also my own creations and oddities including magic, transmutation, ghosts etc. Just a silly little project where I can share my ideas to the world, hope you enjoy.

Duncan was told a story about a demonic engine that roams around the Slate Quarry that looks for unexpecting engines to take by Sir Handel, he shrugged it off while thinking it's just nonsense. Until when he was tasked with a job to work at the slate quarry during the graveyard shift, much to his dismay. That's where things get very creepy when he hears strange noises within the quarry. Is the Quarry Demon actually real, or is it just a hoax? Feel free to adapt this story, but don't forget to credit me. I do not own the rights of Thomas and Friends. Pretty much the same premise as the original North Western Profiles but with Diesels, this will primarily be a way to help those of you reading NNWRS get a better idea of some of the characters to appear in the series soon, namely discussing their shed allocations, their personallity, livery, locomotive classes, and their backstories.

I've recently been working on a lot of character backstories in the Thomas universe. There is way more left to come and some are already planned.
