Lodger Stories

This was inspired by a writing prompt about lodging in a house where there's a door that's always locked. I wanted to give the reader the situation they least expected! Be warned, it's a little risqué at the beginning!

Fair Game (BBC Sherlock fan fic) Sherlock is bored, and that is never a good sign. No cases to work, no rumors to chase, no mysteries to solve. But a break-in to his own flat and the appearance of an addict, who turns out to be completely clean gives him something to think about. He's still trying to track down and corner Moriarty, and this suspicious new individual might have some connection. She's given a job and taken in as a lodger, and they soon learn that she has a knack for getting into trouble, much to John's dismay and Sherlock's utter delight. Ok. That was an awful description, just read it and find out. There's no romance between the original characters and my own character, she ships the whole Johnlock thing(again, much to Johns dismay). Oh, and its set before the Reichenbach falls, but there's no real connection to them. Basically its meant to have happened between episodes 5 and 6, and does not interfere or alter the original story at all.

Growing up in the nineteen fifties, spankings, or smacked bottoms as we tended to call them, were part of everyday life. As we got older they became less frequent, but the threat was always there. This story deals with some experienced when younger, but finishes with the last I ever got, from my university landlady, at the age of eighteen. Although this is listed as fiction, it is not entirely untrue.
