Sure he popped out of nowhere but the princely trait found him adorable. Soon after, Roman walks in to check on Virgil after Thomas had a horrible day. What he walked in on, was one of the last things he would ever want to see...

College AU Roman Foley, Logan Hodge, Virgil Todd and Patton Walker, couldn't be more different from each other; but somehow their paths cross and maybe they will start to walk the same one.

Auradon, it was said to be a lovely place full of kids descending from the heros and princesses of Disney royalty. This is where we meet prince Roman who is supposed to be betrothed to a princess and rule as king, and Patton who is not what he seems. Despite not being biological brothers, Roman and Patton grew up as if they were blood brothers. On the other side of this magical kingdom and across a magical bridge, is a land called the isle of the lost where two boys by the names of Virgil and Logan live. Logan as the son of Hades and Virgil as the son of Maleficent are the most notorious villain kids on the isle. As the result of their parents' past, they are seen as powerful and to never be messed with despite everyone knowing very little about them. One day, Patton proposes an idea to bring the previously mentioned vk's to the isle. Upon much persuasion (and a bit of his famous cookies) Patton convinces Roman, the king, and the queen to let Logan and Virgil transfer to Auradon. What will happen when secrets unravel and lives are forever changed.

So I'm deep in the Sanders Sides fandom probably to an obsessive level and I've decided to take a shot at writing a popular story. The Descendants AU. Though rather than the Dark Sides being the Isle kids, though Virgil will still be the secretly good son of Maleficent, it'll be the Light Sides. Let's see what kind of story that turns out to be. Virgilant Flare had one purpose. Survive. To do that he twisted and warped into the most cruel, ruthless villain the godforsaken rock of the Isle had ever seen since his Mother; Maleficent. He had two minions(read: friends) at age 16 who he'd gladly kill for if they would just allow it. His friends were good, they deserved Auradon, no reason they couldn't make it their land though. Roman, son of Jafar, was not a street rat. He shines bright, he's brilliant, a royal among peasants. As father said their family deserved the world and more, to be kings with the world at their feet. It was such a nice image. The kind of grace and poise that was worth a man of honor, not a nimble, hapless thief. Perhaps Auradon would be the place to do so. Look out royals here comes King Roman. Us against the world. Those four words gave Patton hope. Let him know that even if Mother's love was out of his reach there was still someone to give to and see happy. His friends always worried about the lack of abandon in him. Baked sweets and smiles were well and good but otherwise he was just a mound of fat taking up space and taking advantage. Auradon would be a new start, the chance to finally be safe and just be friends. Now if only fairy tales were that simple. Twenty long years have gone by; good and evil aren't so distinct anymore as dark forces begin to stir in three friends' dreams. A new side shows up unexpectedly one night, leaving Roman, Patton, and Logan confused. He is only awake at night and is incredibly pale. After a couple years with this new side, Roman takes a liking to him while also theorizing why he was the way he is. Soon enough, Patton and Roman guess he's a vampire. They have no idea how spot on they are. (Warning: Blood, Violence, Vampire stuff, maybe smut it deffinently will get heated)

He was too busy in the Imagination room battling a dragon witch. However, the Dragon Witch cast a curse on Roman and all his friends: they would just start singing at random moments with no control. All the sides journey through the Imagination in order to find the Dragon Witch and force her to reverse the curse. But what happens when the sides start confessing their true feelings in song form? It was the early 1910's the lot of Patton's family began to notice his repetitive forgetfulness. His paranoia had heightened to a maximum, every gust of wind and footstep startled the young boy. He would often miss his scheduled sleeping hour, always in the mindset that something was bound to happen. As Patton had gotten older, his state worsened, so much that his was afraid to leave the comfort of his home, let alone his room. It was 1913 that Patton was finally admitted to the Hospital Virgil had developed a eating disorder at a very early age. His bones resembled feathers and his skin, paper. The boy's mother and father became undeniably frightened by his wretched state, eventually trying to hide the boy from the outside world. He developed the habit of making conversations with himself or even an unknown presence. Virgil was admitted to the Asylum in 1916. Roman, as a child, enjoyed the little things in his life. The birth of a calf to a book his mother bought him. This book was Grimms Fairytales, many gory and visual scenes stood out to Roman, finding them to be a source of interest. His mother began to notice the mood swings he experienced and blamed herself for the state of her son. Roman was constantly hyper and drew very vivid pictures of horrid deaths, worrying his mother to a point he sent them both to an asylum. Roman was admitted to the Asylum in 1917. Logan, a lanky boy with many brains, was driven into a physchotic state as a young adult. His family began to notice his hostile behavior a month after he was evacuated from his parent's residence. He would often be found pounding on the door to his own home, screaming at a volume that would rattle your head had he done it near you. Logan's pain tolerance was high, he, most times, would test that pain, taking risks and jumping from elevated surfaces for his so-called "experiments." He has broken multiple bones in the span of his changing state. Logan, lastly, was admitted to the Hospital in 1920.
