We will be back soon, I promise." Damian rested his face on his hand and lowered and raised the window in boredom. "How does he live here?" Damian complained. "It's, like, nothing but corn." They pulled up the gravel driveway and parked by the barn on the grass. Damian happily jumped out. Jon came out from the screen door to their kitchen. "D! It's good to see you. How was the trip?" Damian frowned. "Let's start your training." Jon shrugged. "Cool."

After Superman comes back from the dead and destroys Brainiac, he feels uncertain of his place in humanity, and it takes a "talk" with Lois Lane to coax him to stay.
