The story is a fanfiction set in a universe where Kal-El/ Clark Kent never existed, so there was never a Superman to protect the universe. In this universe, Jor-El and Lara-El had a daughter that they named Kara-El. Kara-El was sent to earth to save her when Krypton's red dwarf star went supernova and completely evaporated all traces of Krypton. Kara was found, adopted, and raised by Jonathan and Martha Kent. She was called Kara Kent. She is in High School and meets Lois Lane.

Dominique is the new girl in town. Her unique nature fascinates a certain farm boy. Clark Kent x OC I do not own Smallville or some plots. I only own Dominique and her story.

The details behind Superboy's creation had always been kind of shaky, but when the young hero suddenly wakes up as a child well...it gets kinda weird. Tasked with taking care of the child, Superman reluctantly takes him in and begins to develop a sort of bond with the boy he refused to acknowledge for all this time. How he managed to ignore a piece of himself for so long is anyone's guess but now the "Man of Steel" has no choice but to father up, protect the boy from all the dangers the world has to offer, and figure out something that should've been apparent from the start. It's not about him.
