Echo is a multiverse time traveler who runs a makeshift cafe/motel of sorts for the heroes and vigilantes of NYC. Tired from traveling through the multiverse, he decides to lay low and protect the heroes and vigilantes of NY instead of fighting. To do that he needs to act oblivious to the scars and bruises and instead focus on gaining their trust to in turn tie a shadow soldier to their souls and body. Echo needed a vacation from fighting bad guys but still can't help themselves from lending a hand when needed. Will the heroes notice Echo's shadows intervention and patrolling? Will Echo get called on their bullshit and strange actions? Will someone notice a new amount of magic and power in the city, leading to the strange coincidences happening to be thought of as a new heroes intervention and help given to those who need it?
