Percy Jackson is living in a crappy apartment as a private lawyer. When a former client, friend and Avenger calls him, offering a case that pays amazingly well, it's pretty hard to refuse. That is, if you don't count the fact that Percy's new client is a murderer from outer space. Percy is going to somehow have to prove his client is able to join the Avengers, along with the lawyer having to hide his own secrets, and his consistently-growing feelings for the god that destroyed New York...

Kayrou or Kay as he'd often be called sprinted through the streets terror in his eyes the valkires hot on his heels. He was one of Lokis children and a strong one at that. Percy walked next to Loki and his team. (See the prequel for their story which will come out after this sorry...). He looked terrified. He was odins least favorite of Lokis children and was his errand rat for that reason. Slephnir and Fenrir his younger brothers were still on asgard. He had no idea where his older brother jor was and his sister hela was confined to her realm. There was no chance that's when he collided head on with tony stark he hit the ground and felt fear fill his heart with the cuffs on his wrists he couldn't shift. He knew he was screwed. He didn't know what to do "don't cry don't cry don't cry" he muttered to himself trying to get up but the firm impact had snapped the bones in his wrists. "Are you alright" Bruce Banner asked helping the scared child up. His physical body was about 13-14 but his mind was far older. He Stared at the avengers he looked behind him then back at the avengers Percy and loki. He kept looking back and forth. "Hey kid what's wrong" loki asked annoyance in His tone as a valkire grabbed his shoulders "let me go please." Kay cried trying to get the winged warrior off him. Thor stepped in front of the scared kid and pushed her off "leave the youngling along" "no odins orders Thor odinson" The boy was about to sprint again but the avengers stopped them. "Don't let them take me back" the boy muttered "Please help me?" Don't be a silent reader let me hear your voices.

Set in the middle of the first avengers movie. Picks up after the avengers bring Loki to the cage, except he's acting weird. He mumbles to himself as he paces around the cage, even going as far as to warn the avengers of a new threat coming to save him. Will the avengers be able to stop this new threat? Or will Loki be freed from his prison?
