About a 4 year old little girl and little boy who mother dies a few months after 3rd birthday due to a rare heart disease. Therefore they are left in the hands of the government since they has no living relative that they knows of. They get put in a foster home where they physical abuse daily. Until a little bit after their 4th birthday, they start looking for their Father. What will they find? Who will they meet?
