Jacqueline Owens is just your average rich 16 year old with a napolean complex, an obsession with the middle ages, and really big mommy and daddy issues. Except that she may be in love with a ghost. In an attempt to get Jack involved with the family business, her parents unintentionally buy a haunted 1950's movie theater as a present. But what if it wasn't an accident? Jack has a hidden power inside of herself that is beginning to reveal itself and it's drawing her closer and closer to the Haunted theater, and the arms of her dead lover. Is this true love? Or is something more sinister lurking in the shadows? "When did my life go from sad and lonely," I asked, my voice dripping with sarcasm, "To something riddled with cliche's, copy pasted from a book?"

I know she's lying. She couldn't tell a lie if her life depended on it. "Ok." I whisper trying to hide the hurt I felt. She still doesn't trust me. No matter how hard i try i just cant break her walls down. "But when your ready I want to be the first person to hear it." She snaps her head up at me. She eyes full of so many differant emotions. I reach down and touch her necklace gently. She jumps away from me, a fearful look in her eyes.
