Paramedic Carlos Reyes has just been hired to fill ambulance 126's open spot. Now he's adjusting to life at a new firehouse with a new team. Along the way, he meets police officer TK Strand and his life gets flipped on its axis.

Finola Davidson graduated med school with full intentions to become a full time nurse, she soon realized it wasn't for her. So in the meantime she became a full time receptionist at the hospital she was going to be a resident at. Not even a month into her new job, her already fucked up life was flipped upside down, literally.

After four years dormant, a serial killer known as The Austin Arsonist, famous for trapping his victims in abandoned buildings to be burned alive, resurfaces in Austin, taunting both the 126 and the Austin PD to play his game. However, when things get personal, and he targets TK Strand as his next victim, it becomes a race against time for Carlos and the 126. Find out who the killer is and rescue TK, or lose him forever. When 17 year- old Savannah and her mother gets kidnapped, and some very unfortunate events occur. To say the least, she turns out an orphan. She is adopted by a couple named T.K. and Carlos and goes to live in Texas. Will she adapt to her surroundings, or buckle under the pressure of the rest of the world?
