Chicago is in ruins. Only populated by the people mass produced by the government five years ago who failed with flying colours. No one dares to step foot in any of the five states who decided to secede. The five states joined together to form the country of Chicago. Among those seceding were Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Iowa. Everything above the top boarder of Iowa branched off to join Canada after the Third World War. The US is not a pretty sure, tourism has stopped, alliances were broken, and debt is greater than ever. What can be done to save our world from ruin?
