The war is approaching, questions are popping up and the resistance is questioning if they can even trust their leader. This story follows multiple stories as it tells about the revolutionary war... but not as you know it.

A long time ago, when dragons existed and gods walked among men, there lived a comely, young Prince. He fought bravely for his kingdom and to his people, there had been no better Prince. One day, he fell in love with a commonfolk, which, according to the laws, was forbidden. The Prince was caught in a dilemma between his love for the young lass and his love for his people. Marriage Marriage Marriage.... If she has to hear that word one more time Jenny going to explode. Sure she's nearly 17 and still unwed but why is this the end of the world again? Because it IS her world unfortunately. Genevieve Cole has been raised a humble millers daughter in the tiny town of Hovier in a time period long ago in a place far away, but a twist of fate shakes up her world. She's strong willed and wants nothing more than to keep her freedom but she'll do just about anything for her family. She's been trying her best to avoid the whole "marriage" thing but shes come to the end of the line when it becomes unavoidable. Will Jenny, or Enny as she's affectionately called, be able to keep her independence and save her family? Or will her stubborn nature get in the way? What if saving her family means compromising her freedom?

A "princess" not quite sure how to tell her family a big secret finds love in a not so normal person

Yet another years closing, But what a year it's been, Parts truly amazing, Most....like a dream. Can't quite believe what's happened, This past year that's to end, Found myself long forgotten, But....regrettably lost a friend. This was the year that was... That should never end!, This was the year that was... Unlike past into others blend. I've tried o so very hard, To do what was right for all!, Considering everyone else, Leading to my own downfall. Paths had been laid out before me, Indecision my biggest vice, Choices..so many choices!, One true one but made to think twice. This was the year that was... That should never end!, This was the year that was... Unlike past into others blend. Misunderstood defines me now, But I don't care what others think!, I've painted most a picture, And they will think what they will think!. For only I know, Conscience clear and soul cleansed, That what happened this past year, Was not a means to an ends. Cause not a day goes by, I don't recall in some shape or form, 'Better to have love and lost', Than to have carried on the norm. Indeed this was the year that was... Long ago Dragons used to roam this land. Back then there were two societies living side by side; the normal human world and the world of Dragons and their Riders. But what happens when these Riders are taken not only away from their homes, but out of their place in time? Meet these brave Dragon Riders and watch their story unfold as memories are rediscovered, lost loved ones are found, and alliances are made.

A girl is separated from her family because of a terrible storm. She is thrown overboard and rescued by dragons, the dragons take her under their wing and raise her as their own.

A little girl fronts early 1900s lives alone in a remote area in Nebraska, and she doesn't really enjoy it ever since her parents left her. One day, her prayers were answered, an angel from heaven has finally given her someone...or some PLANT...to talk to! But this plant lady is very sweet to Yolanda (the name of the little girl) but will this one plant in particular recover from being a plant forever? Go figure...

In this horrible town, every first born is given to the goverment for antidotes for flues,colds and cancer. But one lucky girl may be able to put an end to this horrible ritual and maybe learn what true friendship is.
